-My technical background and training helps me quickly understand the tools that are used in production and can help evaluate ways to improve on them
-Very strong experience in high quality facial animation, heightened by a strong understanding of F.A.C.S.
-Strong experience with layout, story development and setup
-A lot of experience keeping high efficiency under very tight deadlines while managing a team of animators
